Mark Kerwin was named Director of Sales & Marketing of Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort  in July 2007. Kerwin brought nearly two decades of experience in the luxury segment in senior positions with some of the world's finest properties. His focus is on maintaining Las Ventanas' unparalleled occupancy levels, furthering the resort's image as Mexico's - and one of the world's - finest resorts, and continuing to build awareness among key audiences worldwide.

Kerwin came to Las Ventanas from the Five-Diamond Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, where he was Director of Sales & Marketing. Previously, he served as Director of Sales at the Five-Diamond Peninsula Beverly Hills, and before that held management positions with Four Seasons Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
